Terms of use
2026-11-04
These terms are the agreement between you and Emanuel Muresan, who runs Kelunor ("we"). By creating an account or using Kelunor you accept them. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy (kelunor.com/privacy). Contact: contact@kelunor.com.
The service
Kelunor is an app for organising your life, alone or together: calendar, tasks, notes, lists, photos, groups with chat and, for companies, shifts, absences, an organigram and duties. It works on the web (kelunor.com) and as an app for Android and iPhone.
We improve Kelunor continuously, so features may change, be added or be removed. If we remove something important that you rely on, we will tell you in advance in the app where we can.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Kelunor. One account is for one person.
Keep your sign-in details and your encryption secret phrase safe. With end-to-end encryption, we cannot recover encrypted content if you lose every device and the secret phrase — keep the recovery code somewhere safe.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account or at kelunor.com/delete-account.
Your content
What you create stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it to you and to the groups you share it with, and make the service work (for example to send reminders).
You are responsible for what you post and share. In a group, everything you share is visible to its members.
You can download your data at any time (Settings → Account → “Download my data”).
Acceptable use
Do not use Kelunor for anything illegal, to harass or threaten anyone, to share content that abuses children, incites violence or hatred, or infringes others' rights, to send spam, or to try to break into accounts, the service or its security.
Only add people (including people without an account) and information about them when you have a right to do so.
You can report a message, a comment or a person from inside a group. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law or someone's safety prevents it.
Groups and companies
Whoever creates a group is its owner and decides who joins, who is admin and what members may do. Admins can remove members and content in their group.
When a company uses Kelunor for its people, the company is responsible for the information it records about them, and our Data Processing Agreement (kelunor.com/dpa) applies between the company and us. The person who creates the company accepts it on the company's behalf.
Plans and payments
Kelunor can be used for free within the limits shown in Settings → Plan. Paid plans, when offered, show their price, what they include and how they renew before you pay.
Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of buying it. If you ask for the plan to start immediately, you pay only for the days used. You can cancel renewal at any time; the plan then stays active until the end of the period already paid.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Kelunor available and your data safe, with redundant storage in the EU and end-to-end encryption, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything that is critical for you.
Kelunor is a tool: reminders and notifications depend on your device, its settings and the internet, so do not rely on them alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm (for example medication).
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by your devices, your internet connection or content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop using Kelunor and delete your account whenever you want. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we may end the service with at least 60 days' notice, giving you time to download your data.
Changes and law
If these terms change, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they apply.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live and may go to its courts or to its consumer authority (in Romania, ANPC). Write to us first — most problems can be solved quickly.
