Delete your Kelunor account

How to delete your account

1. Open Kelunor (the app, or kelunor.com in a browser) and sign in.

2. Go to Settings → Delete account.

3. Confirm your identity when asked and type the confirmation word.

Can't sign in anymore? Email contact@kelunor.com from the address of your account and we will delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Immediately and permanently: your profile (name, email), your personal space with all events, tasks, notes, lists and moments (including photos), groups you own together with everything in them, everything you created in other groups, your chat messages, comments and reactions, your suggestions, your Kelunor ID, passkeys, notification devices and encryption keys.

Your membership in other groups is removed. Copies in our safety backups are deleted automatically within 12 weeks, and deleted photos within 7 days.
